	RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

	We all returns and or exchanges with the following terms: All Returns/Exchanges must be returned at buyers expense if the item is received and not broken by the shipper Refund amount for returns will not reflect original shipping charges Exchanges must be bought again on the store and a refund will be given for the original item. All Returns/Exchanges must be done within 7 days of receiving the product An RMA must be acquire before a return or exchange can be mailed back. See below for info. If you received an item that was damaged in shipping, we will file a claim with UPS and send you a replacement FREE of charge!

	Restocking Fee:
	There is no restocking fee for returns. Original Shipping charges as well as return shipping charges are nonrefundable.

	To request an RMA (return merchandise authorization):
	Please give us a call at 717-591-1228 Monday-Friday 9am-4pm EST. A Customer service representative will explain the return policy again and authorize the return of the product. We will inform you of the process as well as the return address.

	PURCHASING GUIDELINES AND LIMITATIONS

	PA Building Products has the right to cancel any and all orders per their discretion or inventory levels. We also only ship to USA addresses within the lower 48 sates. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or Military addresses. We also do not ship internationally. We only ship via UPS Ground. 	WARRANTIES

	All Manufacture warranties are handled by the manufacture only. We (PABUILDPRO) to not honor any manufactures warranties. We do warranty the item arriving safely to your location. Therefore we give a DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty for 7 Days. If you receive your item and it doesn't work, we will pay for a replacement to be sent to you for FREE! Thats our guarantee!
